even tiny Bikaneri bhujia brands sell on Blinkit — where is your brand?

The questions on your mind

We meet factory owners every day — these questions come up in every single meeting. Straight answers below.

"My distributor will get upset..."

A fair worry — and the cure is planning. We set up separate pack sizes / SKUs for quick commerce and fix MRP discipline upfront. Your general trade stays completely safe — this strategy is the first thing we build in the audit.

"I've heard people lost lakhs..."

True — those who jumped in without checking margins did (one brand spent ₹6 lakh and earned ₹1.2 lakh). That's exactly why our FREE audit checks your margin first. If it's not a fit, we say so plainly — that's our promise.

"We're too small — who will take us?"

₹110 Bikaneri bhujia labels are selling on Blinkit right now. Tier-2 category managers are hunting for local taste — half a dark store's SKUs are chosen by local demand. The bar is simply: clean documents, 60%+ margin, decent packaging.

"I don't understand anything online..."

You don't need to learn anything. Portal, listing, ads — we handle all of it; you get a plain WhatsApp report every week: what sold, what's left, how much to send next. You just run production.

"When do I get paid? What if stock gets stuck?"

Platforms pay weekly/bi-weekly (Blinkit T+7). Unsold stock can come back under the SOR model — which is why picking the right SKUs and weekly stock planning is the real job, and that's exactly what we do.

Frequently asked questions

How long does listing take?

With documents ready, typically 30–60 days. Zepto and Instamart often go live in 2–4 weeks.

Is listing guaranteed?

No — the final call belongs to the platform's category manager. That's exactly why we audit first and only take on brands with a genuine chance of winning. No false promises.

How much does the platform side cost?

Between commission, ads and deposits, platforms take up to 30–38% of MRP. That's why we only recommend products with 60%+ gross margins — it's the first thing the audit checks.

Our shelf life is 3 months — will it work?

Difficult. Platforms require 60–70% of shelf life remaining at inward, so packaged products with 6+ months of shelf life fit best.

Do you only work in Jaipur?

We're starting with Jaipur and Rajasthan (Bikaner, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota) — where we can physically visit your factory.

Which documents are needed?

GST, FSSAI license, PAN, bank proof, trademark (a filed application works) and GS1 barcodes. Whatever's missing, we help you get it.

We're on Amazon — how is this different?

Amazon is self-serve; Blinkit/Zepto are curated — a category manager must approve you, and your stock sits in their dark stores. The process, margins and operations are completely different.

How do you charge?

50% of the launch package in advance, the rest on your first PO. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. No hidden charges.

What is Blinkit's ₹25,000 deposit?

New brands on Blinkit's SOR model pay a PLA deposit of ₹25,000 per SKU per city-cluster — returned as ad credits (use within 12 months). So it's pre-paid ad budget, not a fee. Zepto reportedly asks ~₹25,000 refundable; Instamart registration is free.

How much do ads cost?

₹10,000–50,000/month is typical for new brands at the start. Industry data says brands spend 8–15% of their quick-commerce sales on ads. We track ROAS on real net price — not the inflated MRP-based dashboard numbers.

We're a small brand — will a category manager take us?

For regional-taste products (namkeen, sweets, spices), tier-2 CMs are actively searching — more than half of a dark store's SKUs are chosen for local demand. The conditions: 60%+ margin, 6+ months shelf life, and clean documents. Exactly what the audit checks first.
